Aussie Libero Phill DeSalvo has posted some highlights of a match Vs Japan at the 2007 Asian Championships. Australia must now play in the Asian Zone Qualification after finishes 8th at the recent World Cup.

“It has been a long season and we have now played in 24 tournaments since the first of April,” said Walsh after her team’s 21-18 and 21-12 win over American rivals Tyra Turner and Rachel Wacholder in their semi-final-qualifying match. “We still have enough left as we’ll play only one match the next two days in this heat and humidity. We look forward to finishing the season on a high note, but we’ll face two quality teams the next two days.”
Natalie Cook is gearing up for her fourth Olympics with new partner Tamsin Bartnett. She has a Gold and a Bronze medal behind her already. The Australian has done an article on her.
NATALIE COOK is heading to her fourth Olympic Games, in Beijing next year, and already has her eyes on a fifth in London in 2012.
“I love it. It’s my life,” Cook, a dual Olympic medallist, said.
“People keep asking me how long I’ll go. That gets me thinking about what I would do afterwards and I haven’t any answers.

Her first one, Sydney, was with the Womens Indoor team. Tamsin has a long and very successful resume from indoor volleyball, including World Championships and Olympic appearances, and two years in professional leagues in Europe. Now, she’s burst onto the beach scene with well known partner Natalie Cook, and after a win in the Seoul Swatch leg they are going to push hard for a podium finish at Beijing. At 193cm shes an exciting prospect to watch out for.
